You can
also try one of those to start with and note what works for you.
1. Kefir, 200
cc kefir a day twice, a.m and p.m.
2. Psyllium,
good fiber and detoxification but be sure to add multivitamins as psyllium removes vitamins from your body too.
3.Aloe Vera juice
½ cup twice a day.
4. Old fashioned
oat milk with rice milk, no sugar please.
5. Take flaxseed
2 tablespoons a day and or at least 2 tablespoons of olive oil daily. This will supply you with the right amount of Omega

1. Thyroid test. (home test)
Sleep during
the night. The test does not work if you get up in the night or go to the bathroom. When awake and still in bed take your
temperature rectally. Do this for 3 days in a row. Record the temperatures. Normal reading would be between 97.8-98.2 Fahrenheit.
Reading below 97.8 would indicate hypothyroid activity. Above 98.2 would indicate hyperthyroid activity.
Other factors,
which can influence the thyroid, are malnourishment, thyroid and pituitary exhaustion due to too much caffeine, sugar, alcohol
and other stimulants.
If you thyroid
is too low start with 4- 9 capsules of kelp each day. For 3 week. After this period take 3 capsules of kelp 3 times a day
for 3 month. Retest yourself again.
