Drink at least
8 glasses of water a day. Eat a lot of vegetables, fruit and grains; avoid white flour products, like white bread and pastas
and sodas.
Test yourself
for candida, see my article on
Yeast infection.
Try to obtain
an original kefir culture and drink 200 cc daily twice a day.
Test if your
thyroid is too low .(see below)
Chew your
food well and do not drink fluids with your food
(this disturbs digestion).
Exercise.
Take time for your bathroom ritual, do not be in a hurry. Avoid stress, let go ….Let go of old belief systems, why not, you've got nothing to loose,
just "old" stuff.
You can
also try one of those to start with and note what works for you.
1. Kefir, 200
cc kefir a day twice, a.m and p.m.
2. Psyllium,
good fiber and detoxification but be sure to add multivitamins as psyllium removes vitamins from your body too.
3.Aloe Vera juice
½ cup twice a day.
4. Old fashioned
oat milk with rice milk, no sugar please.
5. Take flaxseed
2 tablespoons a day and or at least 2 tablespoons of olive oil daily. This will supply you with the right amount of Omega
